Dear customers,

We feel deeply sorry that in the last 34 hours our Orders Management System Database has lost connection with our server in US due to some hardware issues, which has resulted in all the orders made in the last 34 hours couldn't be seen in our system, and we were not able to update anything on the website if not you would have seen this news in the first time, and we couldn't be able to announce the QuickHit Season 8 winners when it was activated 13 hours ago. We were not able to buy any accounts or send the account information that you ordered because we couldn't use the Orders Management System in the last 34 hours.

After a lot of work we did with the US Server Provider, we finally resolved the server connection problems, all the data we didn't receive from the US server in the last 34 hours has now been updated as fast as usual.

Now all of the girls work in our Confirmation Department are doing everything they can to confirm the hundreds of orders one by one then get them started ASAP, it will take like a few hours before we can finish all the confirmations, so we would really appreciate your great patience. however, you can also ask for a refund if you really can't wait any more minutes.("Until 2pm Feb. 10th by our time, all the orders received in the last 34 hours have been confirmed")
